These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bha999 ("bha999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bha999 website located at bha999.pro, including all betting, casino, gaming, and related services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of 21. bha999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform. bha999 does not represent or warrant that the use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bha999 services, you must register a single account using accurate and complete personal information. You are required to provide:

• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• A unique, secure password of your choosing
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 or older

You must not create more than one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, allow third parties to access your account, or use another person's account. bha999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account that occurs before you notify us of a security breach.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bha999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though bha999 may apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits above certain thresholds. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your bha999 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours during standard banking hours.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• bha999 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• bha999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours from the time of approval.
• bha999 may request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Where a deposit has not been wagered at least once prior to withdrawal, bha999 reserves the right to deduct a processing fee.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on bha999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment is initiated in a different currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bha999 is not responsible for currency conversion losses.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bha999 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

bha999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to fulfill wagering requirements artificially
• Exploiting bonus terms through systematic low-risk or hedging strategies
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses expire 7 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from your account without notice.

4.4 bha999 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

bha999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already fulfilled the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited will remain valid subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bha999 Platform are subject to acceptance by bha999 at our sole discretion. bha999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bet limits may be applied to individual accounts, specific markets, or the Platform generally.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement deadline; an obvious pricing error was made; the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed; or a technical error affected the integrity of the wager.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to brief delays in acceptance while odds are recalculated. bha999 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to data feed errors may be voided at bha999's discretion.

5.4 Casino & Live Casino

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, by the outcome of real physical events observed via live video stream. Game rules specific to individual titles are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms.

5.5 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game round that has already commenced, bha999 will complete the round according to the game's rules using the last valid action recorded by our server. bha999 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on your device or network.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and we aim to provide a final resolution within 10 business days. Where a complaint involves a complex technical or financial investigation, bha999 may require up to 28 days to deliver a final response.
